We will be performing platform optimisation maintenance on the Root platform on Sunday, 13 November 2022 between 08h00 and 20h00.
To ensure the stability of the platform during this process, both the API and Dashboard will be inaccessible for the duration of this window. We are performing this maintenance during a period of low platform activity to ensure minimal disruption.
Any queued scheduled data exports, customer communications, or webhooks will be run as soon as the platform becomes available again.
