Root will be performing platform maintenance on Sunday 27 November from 10 am - 10:30 am SAST. We will be using this time to further optimise our platform.
To ensure the stability of the platform during this process, both the API and Dashboard will be inaccessible for the duration of this window. We are performing this maintenance during a period of low platform activity to ensure minimal disruption.
Any queued scheduled data exports, customer communications, or webhooks will be run as soon as the platform becomes available again.
Root will actively update our public status page with progress during the maintenance period. If you have any questions, please reach out to us on support@root.co.za.
