We will be performing platform optimisation maintenance on the Root platform on Thursday, 16 February 2022 between 19h00 and 21h00.
To ensure the stability of the platform during this process, both the API and Dashboard will be inaccessible for up to 2 hours during this window. We are performing this maintenance during a period of low platform activity to ensure minimal disruption.
Any queued scheduled data exports, customer communications, or webhooks will be run as soon as the platform becomes available again.
Root will actively update our public status page with progress during the maintenance period. If you have any questions, please reach out to us on support@root.co.za.
